Win an Apple iPad Competition | Official Rules

Conditions of Entry: 1. One entry per household, entry is free. 2. Complete entry form and place in entry box. 3. Free maths assessment is offered with every entry to families with school age children that are selected to view the Kinetic Education Maths Wiz® programs. 4. There are two competitions being conducted. One prize will be awarded at the end of each competition. 5. The first competition period is from 16 June 2011 to 13 December 2011. The prize for this competition will be drawn at 5.00pm on 19 December 2011 at Level 1, 479 Warrigal Rd Moorabbin VIC 3189. 6. The second competition period is from 14 December 2011 to 13 June 2012. The prize for this competition will be drawn at 5.00pm on 19 June 2012 at Level 1, 479 Warrigal Rd Moorabbin VIC 3189. 7. The prize awarded to the winner at the end of each competition period consists of a 32GB Apple iPad Wi-Fi and Maths Wiz® program. The Maths Wiz® program covers 1 curriculum level of the winner's choice. 8. The winner will be notified by mail and in "The Australian" newspaper (public notices section) on 23 December 2011 and 25 June 2012 respectively. 9. The prize has a R.R.P. up to $1,990.00 for each draw (total prize value of $3,980.00). 10. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other merchandise. 11. If required, unclaimed prize draws will be held on 21 March 2012 and 20 September 2012 respectively, at the same time and place of the original draw. The winner will be notified by mail and in "The Australian" newspaper (public notices section) on 27 March 2012 and 26 September 2012 respectively.
